All of which stemmed from one man’s vision dating to the 20th century.
In an age where few companies possessed the know-how to produce robust time instruments, Aries Gold stood out as a pioneer during the post-World War II era, specialising in the manufacture of timekeeping equipment used for the shipping and aeronautics trades. Everything was carried out with the belief that when it comes to the art of horology, nothing but the gold standard will suffice.
Bearing this mantra to heart, Aries Gold built upon its core competencies, setting out to manufacture a range of mechanical timepieces blending form, functionality and style, in 1970. Adhering to the spirit of excellence, every Aries Gold timepiece that has since been produced bears the hallmark of meticulous detailing and superior craftsmanship. More than that, each piece also provides a strong focus on monumental moments in history, drawing industrial design inspiration from diverse disciplines such as motor racing and aviation, allowing its wearer to own a rich sense of fabled heritage.
From conceptualisation through to assembly, our designers and master watchmakers continually seek to create the most robust, precise, and ergonomically viable watches, on the back of cutting-edge technology and engineering processes. This commitment to quality extends to the utilisation of only the finest Swiss and Japanese movements, alongside scratch-proof sapphire glass – practices that have carried on ever since our inception.
Under the current team’s stewardship, Swiss-registered Aries Gold has gone on to transcend international boundaries, leading to an established presence in 13 countries worldwide (including USA and Australia), with more than 250 points of sale.
